When you can ask for a return or exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery if:
- the item you received is damaged or defective, or
- you received the wrong item.
To qualify, the item must be unused and, for seeds & nutrition products, unopened (sealed) for safety and hygiene reasons.
How to request a return or exchange
Contact us as soon as possible, and within 2 days of delivery:

Please share your order number, your name and phone number, and a clear photo or video showing the problem. We will confirm your request by phone or WhatsApp and guide you on the next steps.
Refunds
Because we work on Cash on Delivery, refunds are handled after we receive and check the returned item. Once the item is received and checked, we will arrange your refund with you directly. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the mistake was ours.
What is not covered
- Requests made more than 2 days after delivery.
- Items that have been used, opened (for seeds & nutrition products), or damaged after delivery.
- Change-of-mind requests where the item delivered is correct and undamaged.
